Well that really depends on how your DNS is setup. If you are hosting your
own external DNS it is not an issue.
If you are using AD internally, then you should only be reaching internal
devices from that.
You can't use an external DNS entry for someone else's IP address range...I
don't know of any
provider for registration or DNS that will allow it.
So no matter which the case is if you want to be reached externally you must
have your own registered
net.
(excluded of course is any type of malicious activities) Which won't work in
any case for real business
activities.

It's true that you can use what you want internally but ... regardless
of NAT, he still has one problem to deal with - the case where DNS
resolves an external address to that same 67.8.x.x range.
