Hi Group,
I have a question of QoS!!!
It is a task in DOiT Sample Scenario!!!
It says:
Limit the UDP traffic to 8000 bit/sec rate on the FE0/0 of R1. CONFIGURE THE
MININAL VALUES FOR BURST SIZE AND EXTENDED BURST SIZE.
The answers is:
rate-limit input access-group 100 8000 1500 2000 conform-action transmit
exceed-action drop
But is think it is:
rate-limit input access-group 100 8000 1000 2000 conform-action transmit
exceed-action drop
Because,,,,,
R1(config-subif)# rate-limit input access-group 100 8000 1000 ?
<2000-1024000000> Maximum burst bytes
R1(config-subif)# rate-limit input access-group 100 8000 1000 2000 ?
conform-action action when rate not exceeded
R1(config-subif)# rate-limit input access-group 100 8000 1000 2000
Is it a mistake in the practice?
Rgds,
Sergio Jiminez A.
