*written* exam on this list, the CCIE written prerequisite for this list
is ignored more often than not.
It's not a big deal even here, although we tend to stay a lot more
focused than the Professional/Technical list, which has a much greater
(and amusing) tendency to go off on tangents. The genuine experts (such
as Howard) can say anything they want, but it you're not in that
category you will probably get singed a bit if you stray off topic
("let's get back to studying for the lab exam!!").
