U get it ..
U have to configure it as point-to-multipoint in all routers
Then type sh ip ospf nei det u will find it but for me if i ahve hub and
spoke i will configure it as the following
In spok i will configure it as point-to-point and in hub i will configure
it as point-to-multipoint ... but u have ti change the ip ospf hello time
in the hub router to match the spoke router
U can find the timers by using sh ip ospf inter
Then after that the nei will up thne tyoe sh ip ospf nei det

I think , only point to point and multipoint Network types DO NOT have
any DR/BDR concept/election and remaining NBMA & BMA network types do
have DR/BDR election process.

The DR "addresss" is the RID of the DR.
To find out what the DR RID is, you can issue a show ip ospf neigh
detail command.
Can an OSPF Router have a RID of 0.0.0.0? Try to enter it and you will
see.
If a RID of 0.0.0.0 is not possible, then a DR address of 0.0.0.0 must
mean that there is no DR.
So, . . . what OSPF networks have no DR? Which of those types will work
for your scenario?
When you figure that out then you will find the answer to what you are
looking for.
