If all you need is 0.0.0.0 as DR for the 2 spokes then set ospf priority to
0. hub wins election and the other 2 will be set as 0.0.0.0 by the priority.
Tried to set up with all 3 having 0.0.0.0 and could not get this working.
Think multipoint is the answer here will try it
