Andrew,

Mutual redistribution on a router connecting to a single-homed, stub domain
should not require any filters. The IGPs and AD should be able to handle
it. Certainly the KISS principle of redistribution would suggest not adding
filters in this situation.

It is the multi-homed routing domains that require filters (so that routes
that have already been seen by a domain are dropped) and adjustments to AD
(so that native prefixes are routed by the native protocol).
