RE: Multicast: Auto-RP considerations

I have a doubt about this topic, why in a hub-and-spoke topology running PIM
Auto-RP the hub must be the RP Mapping Agent? Is because of the
split-horizon rule? Does this restriction apply to BSR too?

P.D.: I forgot to mention that it is hub-and-spoke topology over FR
