RE: ip pim nbma-mode

        It is one workaround, but not the only option. Design-wise the
best solution is just to run point-to-point IP subnets instead of having
a partially meshed network that shares the same layer 3 subnet. As
changing the layer 2 topology will most likely not be an option in the
CCIE lab, another workaround is to create this point-to-point topology
by using GRE tunneling.
