Hi

To the best of my knowledge, none.
In Config A, u are applying FRTS to a specific PVC.
IN B, U are applying under a subif, therefore any PVC configured under that
Subif wil inherit the FRTS. Obviously nor desirable if u have more PVCs u
wish to shape differently.

Pls correct if I am wrong, it's only recently that I got as to play with
QOS.

 frame-relay adaptive-shaping becn
 frame-relay priority-group 1
priority-list 1 protocol ip high tcp telnet
