Hi all,
Reformating my previous mail looking for an answer:
***I have the following topology:
R3----frame-relay----R2----Ethernet----R5
|
SW2
***Description:
R3 has two ethernet interfaces. One joining the 225.25.25.25 group and the
other joining the mutlicast group 239.39.39.39. Required to have
reachability to both groups from (R2 and sw2 can ping both groups on R3). R2
is acting as the RP for the first group and R5 is acting as RP for the
second group. SW2 is acting as mapping agent for both. R2, R5 and SW2 are
all on the same Ehternet segment.
***Problem:
I can ping both groups from R2 but can't ping both from SW2.
***show commands:
show ip pim rp mapping, show ip mroute and show ip pim interfaces for R2, R3
and SW2 are all attached below in my previous mail.
Thanks for help,
Karim.
