There are plenty of other rack rental places that have that new-fangled ATM
capability.... Some of which don't have a waiting list problem!
But Notepad does rank as the cheapest method! :)

To configure real atm, the other cheap way is to buy rack time at
Internetworkexpert. There is a long waiting list though,
