For outbound load balancing, it's not just a matter of picking
addresses for ACLs. You have to have some idea of traffic patterns.
Hypothetically, if you used the Internet to get to another business
partner, you might want to look at which subnets are for servers and
which are for clients at your end, and split client and server
subnets equally across the links. That makes the assumption that the
inbound traffic from your partner is goting to use the same servers.

What is the primary goal of the load balancing? Smooth failover or
bandwidth optimization?

Does your PIX have failover?
