Voice Call Routing Troubleshooting - any help appreciated

Sorry, I'm not sure if this is off-topic since I can't find any Voice list to post this onto.

I would be greatly appreciated if someone can shed some light on this :o)

If I want to troubleshoot Call Routing and Digit Analysis problems, should I use SDI trace or CCM trace? Are they the same or different?

For those gurus who knows what it is, instead of just saying which one I should use, some explanations would be greatly appreciated.
