Well, it depends on exactly what you want to let in. If you want to let
in Multicast along with other IP traffic simply permitting IP will make
the Multicast traffic interesting:

Dialer-list 1 protocol ip permit

If you want ONLY Multicast to be interesting traffic you'll need to
create an extended access-list and apply that to the dialer-list:

access-list 100 permit ip any 224.0.0.0 15.255.255.255

dialer-list 1 protocol ip list 100

This will allow only Multicast to be considered interesting 224.0.0.0 -
239.255.255.255.
