David,

    You can try one of two things.

    1. on the routers BRI interface code an ISDN-CALLING-NUMBER - this will
work if your adtran is configured to allow this.

    2. there is a setting on the adtran that allows the adtran to provide
the calling number if one was not provided via the calling number from
above.

    Let me know how you make out - I can check the exact setting on the
adtran (I have an 800)
