3640 router spitting garbage

Hi all,

I have a 3640 been running fine for a long time...
last few days it has been producing grabages on the Hyper Terminal screen.....
sometime worked, sometime garbages....
Today, it completly give me garbage and sometime blank with no characters...
Anyone experiencing this before? Please help.... I have tried all different
setting with Hyper Teminal with no help.
The router looks booted ok with all light and modules lit up....
