Anything is fair game! :) It is a "possible" topic.

In IOS 12.0, FST has been enhanced to allow ethernet to ethernet. Exciting

Subject: re: reading on dlsw spurs question so I was reading more about dlsw
and the following occurred to me...
Token Ring is no longer tested on the lab. Since FST and Direct
encapsulation require hosts to be on Token Ring segments, is it safe to say
that the only dlsw encapsulations we should hammer hard are TCP and DLSW
lite (frame-relay)?
Then, understanding their primary differences we could expect to see
requirements that drive selection such as 'use encapsulation with lowest
over head' or after reading the whole lab we might see in a later section to
'setup border peers between Rx and Ry'.
Any other thoughts on this?
