Hi Sam,
Brussles is a good location. equipments are localised to lab location, so you don't have to worry about any latency. Transport is well organised so getting to cisco office in Diegem is no problem. Hotels cisco send are within walking distance of lab location, but I would rather stay in within the city as the lab location area is a new area (tending towards an office area). If you have never been to Brussels and will not be leaving day after or same day. I will assume it might be boring staying around the area.
 
By large it is a very good location for the lab.
