Hi,
Since you are reserve bandwidth in the PVC of the frame relay, I don't
think that the command "max-reserved-bandwidth" in the major interface is
needed. If you are doing reservation of bandwidth in a PVC, the available
bandwidth is the minCIR (which in your case is 256k), and should be enough
even if you don't adjust the "max-reservation-bandwidth" in the major
interface. Moreover, when you turn on FRTS and frame-relay fragmentation,
you are running a special priority queueing (which is not WFQ) in the major
interface.
