Subject: Layer-2 Port Channel & VLANs
Hey everyone,
If I am putting port F0/1 and F0/2 into a layer-2 ether-channel, where do I
include the switchport configurations? (switchport mode access and
switchport access vlan xxx). I'm assuming only on the physical interface
because Cisco says to let the port-channel create itself when configuring it
for layer 2, but I'm not sure.
I believe it will work configured both ways, but which is the "correct" way?
Thanks!
