Shouln't the command "IP lOCAL POLICY ROUTE-MAP" be used on r3 for FTP traffic
to VLAN 6 on R6 instead of interface command "IP POLICY ROUTE-MAP. The ftp
server is located on VLAN 33 which is a stub network of r3, and traffic is
locally sourced by the r3.

Please advise !
