Change the interface b/w with bandwidth cmd. The interface bw is less than what has been allocated (75% of total). Search the Archives there is a similiar issue discussed.

ok, so I miss-configured the interface, but that's no reason to get indignant!
R4 is going to get a much needed spanking!
Quote from R4 during an RSVP configuration:
R4(config-if)#ip rsvp bandwidth 128000 64
RSVP bandwidth (which is the bandwidth for the IP
headers and data inside them, but not the required
link layer headers) exceeds 75% of interface bandwidth.
It may be that you need to enter the 'bandwidth'
command to correct the system's understanding of the
available bandwidth. If that's not the case, then:
Due to bit-stuffing, layer 2 headers and layer 1
framing, and the need for routing and keep-alive
traffic, not to mention the RSVP messages themselves,
this is just plain too high. Configure your interface
realistically for the bandwidth available.
