Actually there is two way in ISIS to make the loopback metric 0 ... initial
zero
- passive interface command in router isis
- isis metric 0 .. interface command

I tried with the metric option, but didn't work either. The reason I didn't
think about metric because I am able to redisribute the ethernet interfaces
w/o any problems, it is just the loopback that is giving me a grief.
