DLSw+ Switched Ethernet Redundancy

Hi, I've two questions regarding DLSw+ redundancy.
 
First I was wondering if the DLSw+ Ethernet Reduncancy feature must be configured to enable loadbalancing between two DLSw sessions connected to a common switched broadcast domain. Or is the configuration of the "dlsw load-balance circuit-count" enough?

And secondly it seems that you need a destination MAC address, that can be mapped, to enable the DLSw+ Ethernet Reduncancy feature in a switched environment. My question is: Can this also be done without a specific destination MAC address, using some sort of wildcard? And if not, what is the alternative? (backup peers and HSRP solutions do not provide this I think)
