There is a joke that I'd like to share.
What do you call someone that speaks 3 languages?
Tri-lingual.
What do you call someone that speaks 2 languages?
Bi-lingual.
What do you call someone that speaks only 1 language?
An American.
What he meant to ask was, is it possible to do this. If you looked at his
email address, you'd know that he is probably Japanese trying to communicate
in American. English is another language and used by some foreign country
across the ocean.
