Hi Group,

I am reading a whitepaper from cisco website titled "Interdomain Multicast
solutions using MSDP". When I get to the section on configuring
interdomain routing for ISP1, there is the following line : "For example,
the MSDP peers must perform an RPF check to verify from which AS the SA
messages originated, and the IP addressses must match the IP address of
the route reflector server."
I'm a bit confused on this part. Any of you know what kind of RPF check
MSDP does when it concern interdomain multicast SA or can point me to any
documentation ?

Best regards,
