You need a better router then 2620 to run latest 12.3T features but older
software you shall be fine with, I recommend 2621XM.
Yes your PSTN line would go right into 2620 (you need some kind of voice
card though). I have voice PRI coming into the router, depending upon
hardware you have PSTN connection would be different. If you have FXO port
you can plug your home phone line into the router.
