Hi,
I would advise you to know the basics - things like setting up dial-peers,
telephone number manipulation, hunt groups, voice port parameters and the
like. As you say, just about anything is fair game but my guess is that
most likely the points assigned to voice related tasks will probably be less
than 10% of the overall test score.
Depending on how much time you want to spend, it wouldn't hurt to read
through the voice config guide completely to get an idea of where you can
find info if you need it during the lab.
Also, since good quality voice depends on QoS, I would make sure I knew how
to configure QoS as it relates to voice. I would also make sure I knew how
to configure 3550 ports as if they were connected to IP Phones.
As a general guideline, I suspect the coverage of voice that you'll find in
books such as Solie's Practical Studies provides a reasonable basis for what
to know and expect. Of course, the lab you have may vary considerably from
the above remarks as they only represent my personal opinion.
