If you want nice near real-time view of routing to an AS or IP prefix I
would recommend looking at http://www.netlantis.org
The tools on here allow you to visually view the connectivity to you prefix
/ AS and analysis of how many of the peers they collect data from will use
each path. The data is updated at circa 5 minute intervals and so you can
make configuration changes (AS prepends etc.) and watch the effects.

Thanks,
Dan

BGP traffic will take the shortest AS path by default. Sprint will have a
better AS path more often because it originates more routes and/or has
better peering connections.
