a few of my co-workers and i have recently been discussing how a noc bills
it's customers. this is in regards to an enterprise, not service providers.
i'd like to know how other groups do it. is it based on how many devices
(number of routers/switches in the network), amount of tickets worked per
month/quarter? or perhaps per interface/port? my co-workers and i work for
an enterprise and we are the network part of an overall center that watches
other platforms as well (i.e. servers). i'm simply curious to know general
guidelines that other people use.
