I have 3 bluecoats and ran into several issues. They have a nice
reporting tool called bluecoatreporter and a lot of flexability in the
rule set. They also have onbox configuration, which you could view
either way. I also looked at Cisco caching engine which is very smooth
and has other options that might fit your scenario better but much
cheaper (believe it or not). I could only leave this recommendation, if
you choose bluecoat bump-up to the next higher model then they
recommend.
