Has anyone setup and AS5350 with a PRI trunk to a Meridian?

I am trying to get this working. I can dial four digit extensions from
the Call manager based IP phones (7910's and 7920's) into the PBX with
no problems. When I try to dial LD or local calls from the IP phones
through the PBX, I get trapped by the PBX and sent to the operator.

I'm not a Nortel PBX guy, but I've got the PBX guy working with me. He's
not understanding why the calls get trapped. He's seeing all the digits
I pass, even though he's set up for DID trunk.

Any thoughts?
