RE: channel group number's significancy domain

Because I set channel group mode to on, no PAGP date unit between switches could have exchanged. So channel-group number mismatching between switches by itself didn't matter.

But I set allowed vlans on port-channel 10 on both swithes. So the real like----port-channe 10 to port-channel 11----wasn't happy with that, and caused unpredictable behavior.
