OSPF intra versus inter routes

Dear All,

Using OSPF, 2 paths are available to reach a destiantion. The 1st is an
intra route, and the other is an inter-route through area 0. Will load
balance happen assuming that metrics of both routes are the same ?

In other words, will intra-route be preffered over inter-route or not ?
