Try this:
rommon 1 > dir flash:
Change the cofing reg setting to recommended per Cisco Document. Follow thi

rommon 2 > boot flash:c2600-i-mz.120-7.T.bin
should boot to flash and shod get router (boot)>:
Go to Privilege Exec mode and assign an ip to Ethernet Interface. Ping Tftp.
After successful ping, Copy the latest IOS to flash. Change the config reg
back.
Do a re-boot and the router should boot with latest IOS Image. After this,
Download Latest Boot Image from Cisco site and do a copy tftp bootflash:
Reboot. 4500 should be working Normally. The xmodem won't work on this
Platfrom.
