Make sure you copy your config to a text file that you can paste back into
the router after the upgrade. I have had situations where static routes do
not appear in the config after the upgrade, and I had to paste them back in.
After the upgrade just compare the config to your text file line by line to
see if anything got dropped.

Subject: IOS upgrade

Hi,

I am planning to upgrade my routers IOS from 11.3 to the latest one
available.
Will my configuration work on the new IOS without any problem or there might
be some issues? Its the backbone router of my company so I am just being
careful.

Thanks
