Hi,

    I would suggest to set the bandwidth and delay to be the same at the
subnets of routers with interfaces of different speed connected together, so
that you would have problem with EIGRP or OSPF. For example, Ethernet
connected with FastEthernet should set both to 100M. Moreover, sometimes I
would even adjust the delay.
