-on ccm, in the routegroup/routelist for these outbound trunks - give the
preferred one preference by listing it first in the device list...probable
9.@ - or whatever you use to ship out local and ld - and other services

-you maybe have to speak to your provider to have them direct search order
for your did ranges coming inbound.
