Hi
Have you configured a default route ?
Also why have you got the internal and external on the same subnet?
Is the built in firewall configured?
Post your config
Mark

Subject: ADSL router question
Hi all,
I have a cisco 837 router, its IP address of Ethernet is: 10.10.10.1/24
I connected a PC to 837's build-in switch port 4 and configured IP as
10.10.10.5/24.
The problem is that I can not ping 10.10.10.1 from PC.
The configure of ADSL is:
interface Ethernet0
ip address 10.10.10.1 255.255.255.0
ip tcp adjust-mss 1452
end
As you know, it's quite simple. Do we need any special configure on ADSL
Ethernet 0?
Regards
george
