Its still not working correctly. just hangs here

Trying r3 (192.168.1.240, 2007)... Open
It will not go past this point and actually complete the connection. here is
my config with the below suggestions added. ive also tried to hard code line
speed on both ends and no dice. Im also booting to 10.3 from tftp. anyone
have anymore idea's?
