I think once you put map command on any interface, at the moment it disable
the inarp on that particular interface only. But if you reload the router it
gets disable on all the interfaces. Be careful when you apply map command,
you have to apply for rest of the interfaces a well (ptp interface doesn't
uses the inarp, so don't have to worry about ptp interface)

To check it out put the map command on one interface and reload the router.
Caslow book has very good chapter on frame-relay, explaining all possible
scenario when to use map command and when inarp etc.
