Subject: pim nbma-mode [7:80632]

Can someone tell me when to use pim nbma-mode?
If I understand this correctly, I need this in the hub router in the
NBMA
interface such as frame/atm.

I have looked at some sample configs. In some configs, "ip pim
nbma-mode"
is configured even on the spoke routers.

I would appreciate if somoeone clearify this command.

Thanks
