Re: Help on Frame-Relay

Ok so a bit more reading and a bit more thinking and here is where I am now.

First. I finally copy run start, reloaded with the interface shutdown the
last time. This time the interface was up and I reloaded. This time the
output of the show frame map only shows the static defined DLCI's that I
was expecting. The output of the show frame pvc still shows those DLCI's
that the switch is signalling as active in an active state.

I then shut the interface down, write mem, reload, no shut and all are
there. I then write mem, reload and they are all gone. Therefore I conclude
that the output to check is the show frame-relay map and not show
frame-relay pvc. Further, it would seem that there is a specific order that
has to happen to clear these mappings. If the router is running and you no
shut the interface I can not get the expected results. So I further
conclude that since the proctor will immediately reload if I am cocky and
confident in my configurations I can save that 7 mins on the reload process?

The solution is to have the commands on all physical and logical
interfaces, correct?
