You can use a regular RJ-45 ethernet cable:

I have a 2600 series router that I need to connect to an Adtran 550 ISDN
simulator.
Cisco end: NM-1CT1 (ISDN PRI/T1) with DB-15F
Adtran end: RJ-48 socket
Anybody done this? What cable(s) did you use?
Thanks
Luke
