RE: The bgp confederation peers as-number [... as-number]

        The confederation peers should be those that you are directly
peering with. ASs within the confederation but not peered with need not be
listed. If you are peering with another sub-AS within the confederation and
it is not listed as a confederation peer it will be treated as a separate AS
and a true EBGP peering.
