Ahmed, Are you sure that the P2M routes are bringing up the interface?? When
you run OSPF over ISDN and are mutually redistributing RIP and OSPF you need
to either use the "no peer neighbor-route" command on the ISDN interface or
filter the ISDN link host route. When troubleshooting OSPF and ISDN you
might try using the "debug ip ospf lsa-generation command". If this has
nothing to do with your problem post the specific IPExpert Lab and I'll pull
mine (lab book) off the shelf.
