I am not sure about your first question as it is topology specific but
as far as 2nd question is concerned, if redistribution is done at
multiple points, u need to do something to avoid routing loops and
suboptimal routing. My favourite is distance command but other methods
can be employed. The lab scenario u r doing seems to have wrong
solution.

My 2 cents

Subject: Multiple mutual redistribution points

All,

If you have a scenario where you are asked to provide full
reachability.
Three of the routers are running both OSPF & EIGRP. The scenario said
nothing about where to do redistribution.

The question is: Is it enough to do mutual redistribution on only one of
the
routers or should be done on the three of them ? ( The scenario solution
did
mutual redistribution on the three routers )

Even if I have to do mutual redistribution on more than one router,
what
would prevent routing loops or sub-optimal path selection from happening
? (
No precautions/filtering was done in the scenario solution )

Regards,
Yasser
