Alarm creation failure

Hi Group,

I receive this error message whenever I try to configur rmon alarm:

Enter configuration commands, one per line. End with CNTL/Z.
r5(config)#rmon alarm 1 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.109.1.2.3.1.1 6 absolute
rising-threshold 4
Alarm creation failure
r5(config)#

Could someone figure out what is wrong?
