I don't know what Doyle wrote but yes you need to redistribute the
static default route.

IGRP. IGRP doesn't understand the psuedo 0.0.0.0 default. Generally
you flag the default network for IGRP with the ip default network
command and add a static route to said network. (I think, haven't
mucked with IGRP in a long time!!)
