Edward,

I think what is happening is since R3 does not have a client it sends a
Prune towards R1 the hub. R1 sees a prune come up and it removes that
s0/0.2 interface from OIL. So even if R2 has a reciever it wont get the
traffic. When u remove the R3 map statement R3 is no longer there on the
FRelay network and its Prune wont affect R2.So R2 gets it.

Try using "ip pim nbma" on the Hub interfaces of s0/0.1 and s0/0.2 and
see if it works. Beau Wiilaimson had very good explanation on this.
